1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2879
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2879 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 8 with the following:

4     "(a) As used in this Section, "financial institution" has
5 the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 2 of the Illinois
6 Banking Act.
7     Pending an investigation by the financial institution,";
8 and

9 on page 2, line 17, by changing "and" to "or".
