2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3041 as follows:

3 on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 5, the
4 following:
5         "(5) Nothing in this Section shall be presumed to
6     discourage or diminish the engagement of families and
7     guardians in the child's life activities.".
