1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 16
2     AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Joint Resolution 16 by
3 replacing lines 7 through 12 with the following:
4     "RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
5 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
6 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Bluford CCSD 114 -
7 Jefferson with respect to non-resident tuition, identified in
8 the report filed by the State Board of Education as request
9 WM100-6020, is approved retroactively beginning in the fall of
10 the 2014-2015 school year; and be it further

11     RESOLVED, That the request made by Webber THSD 204 -
12 Jefferson with respect to non-resident tuition, identified in
13 the report filed by the State Board of Education as request
14 WM100-6021, is approved retroactively beginning in the fall of
15 the 2014-2015 school year; and be it further

16     RESOLVED, That the request made by United CUSD 304 - Warren

1 with respect to non-resident tuition, identified in the report
2 filed by the State Board of Education as request WM100-6043, is
3 approved retroactively beginning in the fall of the 2014-2015
4 school year; and be it further

5     RESOLVED, That the request made by Barrington CUSD 220 -
6 Lake with respect to general State aid, identified in the
7 report filed by the State Board of Education as request
8 WM100-6027-1, is approved for 2 years and disapproved for the
9 remaining 3 years; and be it further

10     RESOLVED, That the remaining requests in the Report on
11 Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.".
