| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Clariann Woolard of Joliet, who passed | 4 | | away on December 22, 2014; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard was born on November 14, 1927 in | 6 | | Raleigh; her parents were Joseph and Rella Rapp; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard was a retired teacher, | 8 | | principal, and Will County Assistant Superintendent of Schools | 9 | | for 12 years until her retirement in 1987; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard enjoyed spending time with her | 11 | | family and friends; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma | 13 | | (Rho Chapter), the Joliet Retired Teachers Association, and | 14 | | Grace United Methodist Church; and | 15 | | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard was preceded in death by her | 16 | | husband, Charles; her parents; a brother, Joseph Rapp; and a | 17 | | sister, Pauline Harbison; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Clariann Woolard is survived by 3 children, Ellen | 19 | | (Don) Miller, Charles (Robbie) Woolard, and Paula (Thomas) |
