| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of William P. Babich, who passed away on | 4 | | September 6, 2015; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, William Babich was a graduate of Lockport High | 6 | | School; he subsequently earned his Bachelor of Science and | 7 | | Master of Science degrees in Special Education from Northern | 8 | | Illinois University; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, William Babich was employed by the Joliet Township | 10 | | High School District as a Special Education Teacher, Division | 11 | | Chair, and Director of Special Services for 35 years; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, William Babich was preceded in death by his | 13 | | parents, William and Evelyn Babich; his father-in-law and | 14 | | mother-in-law, Albert and Mary Holland; his brother, Richard | 15 | | Babich; his brother-in-law, Marvin Holland; and his sisters, | 16 | | Judi (Darwin) Anderson and Roberta (Norman) Rowley; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, William Babich is survived by his loving wife of | 18 | | 42 years, Helen; his sons, Peter and Anthony; his | 19 | | sisters-in-law, Linda Babich, Margaret (Tom) Schaefer, Ilene | 20 | | (Bill) Covert, Carol Milius, Theresa (Bill) Reusch, Cynthia | 21 | | (Joe) Gitta, Annette (Robert) Larson, and Rosemary Holland; his |
