1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 369
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 369 on page 1, by
3 inserting immediately below line 22 the following:

4 "Section 15. Notice by employees. If an employee observes
5 the presence of bedbugs at the employee's place of employment,
6 the employee shall notify his or her employer of the presence
7 of bedbugs. The notification shall be made to the employee's
8 immediate supervisor.".
