1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2398
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2398 on page 16,
3 line 15, by replacing "program." with the following:
4 "program, if the workshop or program is available in the
5 jurisdiction during the period of the person's probation or
6 conditional discharge. Notwithstanding any provision to the
7 contrary, a person sentenced to probation or conditional
8 discharge may not be required to pay a fee as a condition of
9 attending an employment workshop or job training program as
10 ordered by the court under this paragraph (20).".
