4 1, on page 3, line 13, after "compensation.", by inserting
5 ""Massage establishment" does not include a business owned by a
6 sole licensed massage therapist or a cosmetology or esthetics
7 salon registered under the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics,
8 Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985.".
