AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1415

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1415, on page 37, by replacing lines 5 through 17 with the following:

"(7) To the extent a the municipality with a population of more than 1,000,000 by written agreement accepts and approves the same, all or a portion of a taxing district's capital costs resulting from the redevelopment project necessarily incurred or to be incurred within a taxing district in furtherance of the objectives of the redevelopment plan and project;

(7.1) For units of local government within a municipality with a population of more than 1,000,000, all or a portion of a unit of local government's capital costs resulting from the redevelopment project reasonably incurred or to be incurred within a unit of local government as a result of the redevelopment plan and project;

(7.2) For taxing districts other than as provided in paragraphs (7) and (7.1), all or a portion of a taxing district's capital costs resulting from the redevelopment project reasonably incurred or to be incurred within a taxing district as a result of the redevelopment plan and project;".
