AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3143

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3143 by replacing everything from line 20 on page 8 through line 4 on page 9 with the following:

"The requirement for reporting to the General Assembly shall be satisfied by filing copies of the report with each of the following: (1) the Auditor General; (2) , the Speaker, the Minority Leader, and the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the President, the Minority Leader, and the Secretary of the Senate, the Chairs of the Appropriations Committees; (3) the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate in electronic form only, in the manner that the Clerk and the Secretary shall direct; (4) , and the Legislative Research Unit; and (5) , as required by Section 3.1 of the General Assembly Organization Act, and filing additional copies with the State Government Report Distribution Center for the General Assembly as is required under paragraph (t) of Section 7 of the State Library Act.".
