2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3254 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 8 with the following:

4 "the provisions of Executive Order 3 (2017) concerning the
5 transfer of rights, powers, duties, responsibilities,
6 employees, property, funds, and functions from the Department
7 of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to the Department of
8 Natural Resources.".
