1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3398
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3398 on page 15,
3 immediately below line 1, by inserting the following:

4 "A limited liability company that provides professional
5 services and requires registration with the Department may
6 convert to a professional limited liability company by filing
7 the appropriate forms with the Secretary of State. There shall
8 be no fee for this conversion.".
