AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3515

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3515 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act is amended by changing Section 15-101 as follows:

(765 ILCS 1026/15-101)

Sec. 15-101. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. References in this Article 15 (the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act) to "this Act" mean this Article 15 (the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act).
