| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Ronald Lester Schnulle of Punta Gordo, | 4 | | Florida, who passed away on January 28, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Ronald Schnulle was born in Woodstock to Lester | 6 | | and Vera Schnulle on November 15, 1936; he married Elizabeth | 7 | | Braun on January 14, 1956; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Ronald Schnulle was a lifelong electrician in | 9 | | Woodstock and McHenry County; he worked with his father and his | 10 | | brothers for Schnulle and Sons Electrical Contractors, the | 11 | | Borden Milk Factory in Woodstock, Althoff Industries in | 12 | | McHenry, and the Associated Electrical Contractors Inc. in | 13 | | Woodstock; he was a member of International Brotherhood of | 14 | | Electrical Workers 117 for 30 years; he was a Deputy Sheriff | 15 | | for McHenry County, patrolling the Fox River in the summer and | 16 | | snowmobile trails in the winter; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Ronald Schnulle enjoyed being active and giving | 18 | | back to his community; he served as Scoutmaster for Cub Scout | 19 | | Pack 363, and Scout Troop 169 in Woodstock; he helped found the | 20 | | Woodstock Snowmobile Club and worked many hours with county | 21 | | residents to create snowmobile trails throughout McHenry | 22 | | County; and |

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Ronald Schnulle served as Treasurer for the Board | 2 | | of Directors at Alligator Park, in Punta Gorda, Florida; after | 3 | | retiring in 1998, he enjoyed traveling the country with his | 4 | | wife, "Liz", in their recreational vehicle and fishing; he was | 5 | | a 55-year member of Moose Lodge 1329 in Woodstock, and was a | 6 | | member of Elks Lodge 2606 in Punta Gorda; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Ronald Schnulle was preceded in death by his | 8 | | parents; his brothers, Richard, William, James, and Edwin; his | 9 | | sisters, Sally and Sandra (Johnson); and his granddaughter, | 10 | | Angela; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Ronald Schnulle is survived by his wife, | 12 | | Elizabeth; his son, Michael (Melva); his grandchildren, | 13 | | Matthew and Stephanie; his daughter, Linda; his grandchildren, | 14 | | Jennifer, Samantha, and RJ; his son, Randall (Lorie); his | 15 | | grandchildren, Jessica and Thaddeous; his great-grandchildren, | 16 | | Landon, Eve, Jayden, Rian, Athena, Zoey, and Noah; and his | 17 | | brothers and sisters, Vernon (Dawn), Fred (Brenda), Lawrence | 18 | | (Sharon), Robert (Gail), Sharon (Roger Christianson), Carl | 19 | | (Rose), Harry (Bonnie), Susan (Roger Stoerp), and Paula (Larry | 20 | | Weidner); therefore, be it
