| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Harold W. Sinclair of Wood River, who | 4 | | passed away on February 18, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Harold Sinclair was born in Alton to Harold and | 6 | | Margaret (Neumann) Sinclair on March 16, 1927; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Harold Sinclair worked for over 45 years as an | 8 | | operating engineer for Local #520 and was proud to say he | 9 | | worked on the Melvin Price Lock and Dam #26R from beginning to | 10 | | end; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Harold Sinclair was a former member of the Wood | 12 | | River Moose Lodge and the Knights of Columbus; he enjoyed | 13 | | singing along with music by Mario Lanza and working in his | 14 | | yard; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Harold Sinclair was preceded in death by his | 16 | | parents; his daughter, Lynn M. Riley; his son, James E. | 17 | | Sinclair; and his sisters, Helen Ufert, Marcella Wilson, and | 18 | | Delores Pitt; and | 19 | | WHEREAS, Harold Sinclair is survived by his children, Bill | 20 | | (Marla) Sinclair, Richard (Terry) Sinclair, and Leigh Ann |
