| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Holly Friday of McHenry, who passed away | 4 | | on July 3, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Holly Friday was born in Deerfield to Marjorie and | 6 | | Frank Stieber on August 11, 1960; she attended Holy Cross Grade | 7 | | School and Deerfield High School; she graduated from the | 8 | | University of Arizona; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Holly Friday taught first at St. Mary's School in | 10 | | Buffalo Grove and then at Harvard Junior High School; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Holly Friday loved her family, friends, | 12 | | co-workers, and her dogs, Madra and Valley; she was a member of | 13 | | the Clayworkers' Guild of Illinois and enjoyed quilting and | 14 | | knitting; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Holly Friday was preceded in death by her parents | 16 | | and her sister, Lyn (Barry) Stockton; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Holly Friday is survived by her husband, Daniel | 18 | | Friday; her children, Maggie and Kevin; her sisters, Diane | 19 | | (Keith) Berkholtz, Debbie (Michael) Petroff, and Karen (Kyle) | 20 | | Goodwin; her brother, Mark (Rhonda) Stieber; and 10 nieces and |
