AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 910

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 910 on page 2, line 22, after "signed by", by inserting "250"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 23 through 26 with "and shall be filed with the"; and

on page 3, lines 5 and 6, by deleting "11 trustees shall be elected ("; and

on page 3, by replacing line 7 with "Wards and one at-large trustee shall be elected at the consolidated election"; and

on page 3, lines 11 and 12, by replacing "4 trustees" each time it appears with "one-third of the trustees"; and

on page 3, line 14, by replacing "3" with "the remaining"; and

on page 4, line 3, by deleting "11"; and

on page 4, line 4, by changing "cease" to "terminate".
