1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1915
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1915, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with the
5 following:
6         "(35) Ownership and operation of a hemophilia program,
7     including comprehensive hemophilia diagnostic treatment
8     centers, under Section 501(a)(2) of the Social Security
9     Act. The hemophilia program may employ physicians, other
10     health care professionals, and staff. The program and the
11     corporate board may not exercise control over, direct, or
12     interfere with a physician's exercise and execution of his
13     or her professional judgment in the provision of care or
14     treatment.".
