1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2925
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2925 on page 4, line
3 8, after the period, by inserting "The Ombudsman shall not
4 investigate complaints alleging violations of the State
5 Officials and Employees Ethics Act. If the Ombudsman determines
6 that a possible violation of the State Officials and Employees
7 Ethics Act has occurred, he or she shall immediately refer the
8 incident to the Office of the Inspector General.".
