1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3503
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3503 on page 7, line
3 8, after "is a", by inserting "licensed hearing instrument
4 dispenser,"; and

5 on page 7, line 9, after "audiologist", by inserting ","; and

6 on page 8, immediately below line 15, by inserting the
7 following:
8 "(e) Nothing in this Section shall be construed to require
9 a group policy of accident and health insurance to provide
10 coverage if the group is unable to meet mandatory minimum
11 participation requirements set by the insurer.".
