2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3522 as follows:

3 on page 2, line 24, by replacing "Each municipality" with "A
4 municipality that employs a fire chief described under
5 subsection (d) of Section 4-117"; and

6 by deleting line 18 on page 3 through line 4 on page 4; and

7 on page 4, line 5, by replacing "(c)" with "(b)".
