| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
| 4 | | Section 5. (a) The Director of the Department of Natural | 5 | | Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to | 6 | | execute and deliver to Rend Lake Conservancy District, a unit | 7 | | of local government organized and existing under the laws of | 8 | | this State, of Franklin County, for and in consideration of $1 | 9 | | paid to the Department, a quitclaim deed to the following | 10 | | described real property: | 11 | | Part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest | 12 | | Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Five | 13 | | (5) South, Range Three (3) East of the Third (3rd) | 14 | | Principal Meridian, more particularly described as | 15 | | follows: Beginning at a bureau of land management metal | 16 | | marker designated as AP 42 at the Northwest corner of the | 17 | | Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter of said | 18 | | Section 19; thence North 89°-46'-51" E along the North line | 19 | | of said Section 19 to an iron pin on the Westerly | 20 | | Right-of-Way of F. A. Route 126; a distance of 350.38 Feet; | 21 | | thence along a non-tangent curve concave to the East having | 22 | | a radius of 1131.74 Feet and to which beginning a radial | 23 | | line bears N 84°-37'-57" W; thence Southeasterly 266.74 | 24 | | Feet along said curve through a central angle of |

| 1 | | 13°-30'-14"; thence N 81°-50'-15" E to an iron pin on said | 2 | | Right-of-Way, a distance of 15.00 Feet; thence along a | 3 | | non-tangent curve concave to the East having a radius of | 4 | | 1116.74 Feet and to which beginning a radial line bears S | 5 | | 81°-51'-51" W; thence Southeasterly 413.72 along said | 6 | | curve through a central angle of 21°-13'-36"; thence S | 7 | | 89°-46'-51" W to an iron pin on the West line of the | 8 | | Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section | 9 | | 19, a distance of 502.58 Feet; thence N 0°-06'-47" W along | 10 | | said West line a distance of 654.02 Feet to the point of | 11 | | beginning, excepting all the coal, oil, gas and other | 12 | | minerals underlying the same and all rights and easements | 13 | | in favor of the owner of the mineral estate or of any party | 14 | | claiming by, through or under said estate, situated in | 15 | | FRANKLIN COUNTY, ILLINOIS. | 16 | | (b) The conveyance of real property authorized by this | 17 | | Section shall be made subject to: (1) existing public | 18 | | utilities, existing public roads, and any and all reservations, | 19 | | easements, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions of record; | 20 | | and (2) the express condition that if the real property ceases | 21 | | to be used for public purposes, it shall revert to the State of | 22 | | Illinois, Department of Natural Resources.
