1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4476
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4476 as follows:

3 on page 3, immediately below line 10, by inserting the
4 following:

5     "(f) Any construction which may be required as a result of
6 the requirements of this Section shall be under the authority
7 of the Capital Development Board in consultation with the
8 Department.
9     (g) The requirements of this Section shall only apply to
10 State buildings under the management or control of the
11 Department."; and

12 on page 3, line 11, by replacing "(f)" with "(h)".
