AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5124

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5124 on page 1, by replacing lines 19 and 20 with the following:

"residential conversion of appliances to be compatible with natural gas."; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following:

"result in the conversion of necessary equipment for homes to have the ability to utilize natural gas. The rules shall allow for conversion grants awarded to residents of Pembroke Township to provide assistance for the use of natural gas and shall ensure that the applicant complies with all other requirements of the rules.".
