1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 102
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 102 on page 12,
3 line 1, immediately before the period, by inserting the
4 following:
5 ". The Secretary shall consult with law enforcement agencies
6 when considering whether to approve the design of a digital
7 license plate. The display device must allow for the automated
8 image capture of letters and numbers during daytime and
9 nighttime, including when the vehicle is parked or turned off".
