1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 102
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 102 as follows:

3 on page 12, line 25, after "program", by inserting ", including
4 rules regarding the images that may appear on digital
5 registration plates"; and

6 on page 12, immediately below line 25, by inserting the
7 following:
8 "(f) No image shall appear on a digital registration plate
9 without prior approval of the Secretary of State.".
