1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1485
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1485 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Commission to Study Disproportionate
5 Justice Impact Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 4085/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Commission to Study Disproportionate Justice Impact Act.
