1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1797
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1797 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. "An Act concerning courts", Public Act 101-121,
5 approved July 23, 2019, is amended by adding Section 99 as
6 follows:

7     (P.A. 101-121, Sec. 99 new)
8     Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
9 becoming law.

10     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.".
