1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2017
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2017 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (215 ILCS 170/1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on October 1, 2024)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
9 Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act.
