| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Donald Charles "Don" Cram of Moline, who | 4 | | passed away on May 29, 2019; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Don Cram was born in Iowa City, Iowa to Donald and | 6 | | Martha Weber Cram on September 16, 1933; he served in the | 7 | | United States Air Force; he married Joyce Menning in Davenport | 8 | | on October 13, 1954; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Don Cram was a supervisor at the Rock Island | 10 | | Arsenal; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Don Cram was a member of Christ the King Catholic | 12 | | Church in Moline; he enjoyed golfing, traveling, and spending | 13 | | time with his grandchildren; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Don Cram was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce; | 15 | | his daughter-in-law, Patty Cram; his granddaughter-in-law, | 16 | | April Cram; and his brother-in-law, David Dwight; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Don Cram is survived by his sons, Michael Cram and | 18 | | Patrick (Deborah) Cram; his grandchildren, Chad Donald (Jodi), | 19 | | Sean (Rhonda), Justin (Jennifer), Danielle Joyce, and Samantha | 20 | | Nani Cram; his stepgrandchildren, William (Barbara) Close, |
