| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Eugene C. Rebello of Rock Island, who | 4 | | passed away on November 29, 2019; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello was born in Providence, Rhode | 6 | | Island to Manuel and Mary (Aruze) Rebello on January 30, 1929; | 7 | | he served in the U.S. Army and married Ormaline Neibur in | 8 | | Illinois on October 25, 1952; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello worked for the U.S. Army Corps of | 10 | | Engineers at the Rock Island Arsenal; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello enjoyed making trips back to the | 12 | | East Coast to spend time with his family; he was a past Master | 13 | | of Eureka Lodge #69 A.F. & A.M., Milan; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello was preceded in death by his wife, | 15 | | Ormaline; his parents; his sons, Jaime E. and Jayson M. | 16 | | Rebello; and his siblings, Everett, Elizabeth, and Joseph | 17 | | Rebello; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello is survived by his son, Joseph | 19 | | Rebello; his grandchildren, Marcella (Chad) Miner, Angela | 20 | | Rebello, Charles Rebello, Anthony Rebello, and Jamie Marie |
