| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Dennis L. Hutton of Milan, who passed | 4 | | away on December 8, 2019; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Dennis Hutton was born in Moline to Clifford and | 6 | | Beulah Kistenmacher Hutton on September 28, 1944; he graduated | 7 | | from Rock Island High School in 1962 and served in the U.S. | 8 | | Army during the Vietnam War; he married Shari L. Fritz in Rock | 9 | | Island on November 25, 1967; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Dennis Hutton worked at I.H. Farmall Works for | 11 | | nine years; he then became a police officer for the Rock Island | 12 | | Police Department for 31 years; following his retirement, he | 13 | | worked as a security guard for Trinity Hospital for 10 years; | 14 | | and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Dennis Hutton was a member of Two Rivers United | 16 | | Methodist Church in Rock Island; he was an avid fan of the Rock | 17 | | Island Rocks and enjoyed hunting and fishing; he loved his | 18 | | family and grand-dogs, Maisy and Change Up; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Dennis Hutton was preceded in death by his | 20 | | parents; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Dennis Hutton is survived by wife, Shari; his | 2 | | sons, Michael (Krista), Patrick (Chrystal), and John Hutton; | 3 | | his grandchildren, Hannah and Jon Hutton and Lena and Celi | 4 | | Perez; his brother, Bruce Hutton; and several nieces, nephews, | 5 | | and additional family members; therefore, be it
| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | 7 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 8 | | Dennis L. Hutton and extend our sincere condolences to his | 9 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | 10 | | further
| 11 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 12 | | presented to the family of Dennis Hutton as an expression of | 13 | | our deepest sympathy.
