1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 186
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 186 by replacing
3 everything from line 26 on page 10 through line 2 on page 11
4 with the following:
5 "31, 2030. Credits for a particular qualified employee may be
6 taken during the tax year in which the credit was earned. An
7 employer may not"; and

8 on page 13, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with the following:
9 ""Full-time equivalent employees" means the ratio of the
10 number of paid hours during the reporting period and the
11 number of working hours in that period.".
