3 12, by deleting "and"; and

4 on page 3, line 14, by replacing "Senate." with "Senate; and";
5 and

6 on page 3, immediately below line 14, by inserting the
7 following:
8         "(7) 2 members representing health insurers appointed
9     by the Governor.".
