2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 448 on page 21, by
3 replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
4 "certification must be made not more than 60 days after the
5 taxing district files its levy ordinance or resolution with
6 the county clerk for the".
