2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1167, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 5, line 22, after "closure", by inserting ", except
5 this requirement does not apply if the day is rescheduled and
6 the employee will be paid their daily, regular rate of pay and
7 benefits for the rescheduled day when services are rendered";
8 and

9 on page 6, line 9, after "agreements", by inserting ", except
10 this requirement does not apply if the day is rescheduled and
11 the employee will be paid their daily, regular rate of pay and
12 benefits for the rescheduled day when services are rendered";
13 and

14 on page 6, line 16, after "off", by inserting ", except this
15 requirement does not apply if the day is rescheduled and the
