2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1293, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 3, on page 9, line 19, by replacing "reporters" with
5 "recorders"; and

6 on page 10, line 2, by deleting "and"; and

7 on page 10, line 4, by replacing "designee." with "designee;
8 and"; and

9 on page 10, immediately below line 4, by inserting the
10 following:
11         "(11) the Attorney General or the Attorney General's
12     designee.".
