AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2575 on page 8, by replacing lines 8 through 11 with "the summary report. Any respondent who is afforded the opportunity to participate in the investigation, but who refuses to participate, absent a legitimate claim of privilege under State or federal law, forfeits the right to offer redactions or to provide a response to the report to the Commission.".
