3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 3, line 7, after "a", by inserting "law
5 enforcement"; and

6 on page 3, line 9, by deleting "and"; and

7 on page 3, line 10, by replacing "." with "; and"; and

8 on page 3, immediately below line 10, by inserting:
9         "(13) a member of law enforcement appointed by an
10     association representing law enforcement.".
