AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3813

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3813 as follows:

on page 2, lines 3 through 6, by deleting "An electronic image showing payment to the vehicle owner or any lienholder of record via electronic funds transfer or other electronic means shall be sufficient proof of full payment."; and

on page 2, line 9, after "name.", by inserting "An electronic image of a screen or other representation, showing payment to the vehicle owner or any lienholder of record, via electronic funds transfer or other electronic means, was charged to the account of the payer, shall be sufficient proof of payment.".
