1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3849
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3849 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 18 through 24 with the following:

4         "(4) a person who is listed on the Health Care Worker
5     Registry maintained by the Illinois Department of Public
6     Health as ineligible to work;
7         (5) an individual who is the subject of a civil or
8     criminal order prohibiting contact with the principal;
9     and"; and

10 on page 12, by deleting lines 2 through 7.
