AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4203 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4203, AS AMENDED, 
3in Section 10, at the end of the last sentence of the Section, 
4by inserting "Uses of racially derogatory language in 
5literature, for educational purposes, or as an essential 
6component of the work performed by the public body are
