1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4219
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4219, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, immediately below line 17, by inserting:

5     "Section 7. Dissolution of remaining Illinois Insured
6 Mortgage Pilot Program property.
7     (a) The Treasurer is hereby authorized to sell, convey,
8 divest, or enter into any settlement agreement with respect to
9 any interest, including liens, that the State has in any
10 property associated with, or resulting from, the Illinois
11 Insured Mortgage Pilot Program.
12     (b) The State Treasurer shall cause any funds received by
13 the State Treasurer as a result of subsection (a) to be
14 deposited into the General Revenue Fund."; and

15 on page 2, line 21, by deleting "by Section 5".
