AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4557

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4557 on page 3, by inserting below line 24 the following:

"(11) 3 members appointed by the Governor who shall be representatives of financial institutions, one who shall represent a statewide banking association exclusively representing banks with assets below $20,000,000,000, one who shall represent a statewide banking association representing banks of all asset sizes, and one who shall represent a statewide association representing credit unions."; and

on page 4, line 12, after "expertise", by inserting "or staff of one of the participating agencies in the task force, at the discretion of the co-chairs".
