AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4769

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4769 by replacing
3line 19 on page 8 through line 9 on page 9 with "by the
4Department to implement this Act. Each applicant for licensure
5as an assistant behavior analyst shall have his or her
6fingerprints submitted to the Illinois State Police in an
7electronic format that complies with the form and manner for
8requesting and furnishing criminal history record information
9as prescribed by the Illinois State Police. These fingerprints
10shall be transmitted through a live scan fingerprint vendor
11licensed by the Department. These fingerprints shall be
12checked against the Illinois State Police and Federal Bureau
13of Investigation criminal history record databases now and
14hereafter filed, including, but not limited to, civil,
15criminal, and latent fingerprint databases. The Illinois State
16Police shall charge a fee for conducting the criminal history
17records check, which shall be deposited in the State Police
18Services Fund and shall not exceed the actual cost of the

1records check. The Illinois State Police shall furnish,
2pursuant to positive identification, records of Illinois
3convictions as prescribed under the Illinois Uniform
4Conviction Information Act and shall forward the national
5criminal history record information to the Department.".
