on page 4, line 15, by deleting "and"; and

on page 4, line 18, by deleting "be it further"; and

on page 4, below line 18, by inserting the following:

"(12) One member who is a representative of a statewide organization that independently monitors corrections facilities, policies, and practices in Illinois appointed by the Lieutenant Governor; and be it further".
