1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 215
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 215 on page 3,
3 line 18, by replacing "60" with "90"; and

4 on page 4, line 10, by replacing "60" with "75"; and

5 on page 4, line 13, by replacing "60-day" with "75-day"; and

6 on page 4, by replacing lines 16 through 19 with the following:

7     "(765 ILCS 165/45)
8     Sec. 45. Inapplicability. This Act shall not apply to any
9 building that:
10         (1) ~~which~~ is greater than 60 ~~30~~ feet in height; or
11         (2) has a shared roof and is subject to a homeowners'
12     association, common interest community association,
13     condominium unit owners' association.
14     As used in this Section, "shared roof" means any roof that

1 (i) serves more than one unit, including, but not limited to, a
2 contiguous roof serving adjacent units, or (ii) is part of the
3 common elements or common area.
