1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 826
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 826 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "(60 ILCS 1/Art. 90 rep.)
5     Section 5. The Township Code is amended by repealing
6 Article 90.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.".
