1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 965
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 965 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Autism and Co-Occurring Medical Conditions
5 Awareness Act is amended by changing Section 35 as follows:

6     (410 ILCS 150/35)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on August 12, 2021)
8     Sec. 35. Repeal. In order to consider the most innovative
9 medical study and research involving autism and co-occurring
10 medical conditions, this Act is repealed on January 1, 2027 ~~5~~
11 ~~years after the effective date of this Act~~.

13     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14 becoming law.".
