AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1534

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1534, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 17, line 1, after the period, by inserting "The total return distribution shall not exceed 5% of the average fair market value of the fund assets in a given calendar year."; and

on page 17, immediately below line 15, by inserting the following:

"(2) if the average fair market value of the care fund declines by more than 30% during a rolling 5-year period;"; and

on page 17, line 16, by replacing "(2)" with "(3)"; and

on page 17, line 21, by replacing "(3)" with "(4)"; and

on page 17, line 24, by replacing "(4)" with "(5)".
